POWER PIT SCREW FEEDERS INCLUDE: Galvanized bolted hopper construction, no. 10 ga. Galvanized tubular housing (9” is 11 Ga.), heavy duty (XX) helicoid screw, intermediate hangers with wood bearings, end plate, coupling shafts, coupling bolts, inspection ports at hangers, open end discharge and assembly bolts. Conveyors are pre-assembled and match-marked for easy field installation. Drives and motors are priced separately.
The dump hopper positioning can be at any desired distance from the elevator leg by adding appropriate length extension. The Power Pit attaches directly to elevator boot end. This makes it ideal for installations where water presents problems in deeper pits. IMPORTANT NOTE: THE CONVEYOR MUST BE INSTALLED AS SHOWN - THE CONVEYOR CANNOT BE REVERSED.
