STANDARD FEATURES:

  • 142 FPM Feet Per Minute chain speed, 42 RPM Revolutions Per Minute (thru 130 Ft.)

  • 142 FPM chain speed, 28 RPM (above 130 Ft.) (requires tall head)

  • 1/4" Painted head section with Dodge SCM pillow block ball bearings thru 2 15/16” dia., Dodge S2000 double roller bearings thru  4 15/16” dia., Dodge USAF 500 double roller bearings on larger sizes, and sprocket with hardened rim.

  • 10 ga. Galvanized tail section with 2 7/16" dia. Dodge SCM pillow block ball bearings, sprocket with hardened rim and screw take-up.

  • Trough includes 1/4” plate A.R. painted bolted bottom, 10 ga. Galvanized sides, 12 ga. Galvanized bolted top cover, double chain return rail capped with 1/4” A.R. steel, and overlapping bottom for accurate alignment.

  • Steel roller bushed chain with all parts heat treated and 44,000 lb. average ultimate strength used thru 130 Ft. Welded steel chain with all parts heat treated and 115,000 lb. average ultimate strength used at 135 Ft. and longer.

  • 1/2" Thick white  UHMW Ultra High Molecular Weight plastic - impact and abrasion resistant, and self lubricating. drag flights factory bolted to chain prevent steel to steel contact.

  • One standard inlet (26" x 20")
