STANDARD FEATURES:

  • 142 FPM Feet Per Minute chain speed, 46 RPM Revolutions Per Minute

  • 10 ga. Galvanized head section with Dodge SCM pillow block ball bearings thru 2 15/16” dia., Dodge S2000 double roller bearings on larger sizes, and sprocket with hardened rim.

  • 10 ga. Galvanized tail section with 1 15/16" dia. Dodge S2000 pillow block ball bearings, sprocket with hardened rim and screw take-up.

  • Trough includes 7 ga. A.R. painted bolted bottom, 10 ga. Galvanized sides, 14 ga. Galvanized bolted top cover, 2"  UHMW Ultra High Molecular Weight plastic - impact and abrasion resistant, and self lubricating. return chain rollers on 3/4" dia. shaft on 30" centers, and overlapping bottom splice for accurate alignment.

  • Welded steel chain with all parts heat-treated and 30,000 lb. average ultimate strength used thru 100’. Roller bushed chain with all parts heat treated chain with 44,000 lb. average ultimate strength used at 105’ and longer.

  • 1/2" Thick white UHMW drag flights factory bolted to chain prevent steel to steel contact.

  • One standard inlet (16" x 16")
