  • 18" wide pre-punched PVC Polyvinylchloride belt, 450 PIW Pounds per Inch Width, a standard measure of the strength of belting.

  • 10 ga. Head section with Dodge S2000 pillow block double roller bearings through 4 15/16 dia., Dodge SAF-XT roller bearings on larger sizes, bearing jacking bolts, 48" diameter drum head pulley with slide lagging, throat baffle, inspection door at discharge, lagging inspection door, three-piece bonnet, 1/4 expanded metal backed urethane lined head and bonnet, explosion relief vent and motor mount.

  • 23" wide x 14" deep 12 ga. Galvanized bolted dual legging with loose tie-frame. Inspection door section with full width x 4' tall openings on front and back side.

  • 7 ga. painted three-piece sides, bolted boot section with 2 15/16" diameter Dodge SCM pillow block ball bearings, gravity take-up, 48" diameter drum boot pulley, inspection door, two clean-out slides, and one boot hopper with 1/4 urethane lining.
